What programs do u use to make resources for rmxp? like for music and charactersets and wat not.

I use Idraw3, for character and battle char edits (just really minor ones), but I use it for rm2k3, don't know about XP.

I use paint and Photoshop, for any character edits I happen to do.

For titles and stuff I suggest Photoshop. For sprites I suggest Graphics Gale.
