Title: adding graphics for player: how?

I put the graphic of the player in the character floder, and in the database I selected it as the graphic for the player. When I ran the game, he was facing up, and there was a white box around him. Why is this?

you have to import him into your game and set the backround color transparnt

This might be something, but make sure the player has graphics for all the directions.
