Dawn of Wind

Storyline
In the world of Azentek, there was a small war between the rival villages of Marantine and Kilika. Marantine was on the losing side of the war and was nearing destruction, until its chief discovered a stone tablet in a nearby cave. This tablet depicted an ancient ritual performed by his ancestors in order to bring doom to their enemies. After a brief incantation, the chief had managed to summon the fierce wind demon, Typhon from its slumber. The foolish chief.....thinking he could command the beast, tried to assault Kilika with it. Typhon flew into a wild rampage....decimating the entire village and absorbing the soul of every last villager in Marantine. Typhon then attempted to attack Killika, but the chief of that village was a little smarter than them. He amassed his entire army...and after three months of non-stop war with the beast, they destroyed his body. The wise chief of Kilika sealed Typhon's soul within the body of an orphan whose parents died early in the war. The soul of Typhon gave the boy extraordinary wind powers, and they get stronger as time passes. As the powers grow, the boy gets more fierce, and the powers begin to control him. Ten years after the war, he summoned a tornado that destroyed half of the village. The chief banned him from ever entering the village again for his actions. You discover that the only way you're powers can be removed is to have the ritual performed by the son of the one who summoned the demon. You must set off on an epic journey, to find his son, and have him remove the demon within you, before you're cursed with the uncontrollable powers, for ever.

Playable Characters
Brendon

• Gender: Male
• Age: 17
• Personality: Brendon treats others how they treat him. He can be your best friend or your worst.
• Game Role: Brendon is the main character in the game. He had a powerful wind demon's soul sealed within him at age seven, giving him wind powers. He lost control of his powers, spawning a tornado that destroyed half of his village. He was banned from the village for his actions.

Chive

• Gender: Male
• Age: 23
• Personality: Chive is a kind person, and enjoys helping people in need.
• Game Role: Chive is the second character in the game. He normally travels from land to land, making money off of trading items. He comes in when Brendon is in great need of help. He decides to help Brendon on his journey.

Sky

• Gender: Female
• Age: 18
• Personality: Sky is kind yet shy toward Brendon.
• Game Role: Sky comes into the game after Brendon and Chive save her from Joshua Hendrickson, the son of the man who summoned Typhon.

Neal

• Gender: Male
• Age: 19
• Personality: Neal is self confident and cocky. He thinks of himself before others and could stab you in the back if he wanted to. He shows off in front of Sky.
• Game Role: Neal joins the party after becoming "bored" of his town.

Other Important Characters
Craw

• Gender: Male
• Age: 25
• Personality: Craw is an evil man, concerned only of power and money.
• Game Role: Craw was Chief Grantro's (Former chief of Marantine) son. He is the leader of Redlo empire. You are trying to find this man in order to have him remove the demon sealed within you.

Chief Grantro

• Gender: Male
• Age: ???
• Personality: Grantro is a foolish man, who is willing to take any risk. Unlike his son. he was not evil.
• Game Role: Granto was the chief of Marantine. He was killed by Typhon after summoning him ten years in the past.

• A vast open world with many areas that aren't required to explore such as towns, dungeons, etc.
• A trust system. Example: If you help one village a rival village may not trust you.

That sounds cool! The premise is a little bit reminiscent of Naruto, but the story of the game is not at all so that's cool. As long as it's not another sequel to Eye of the Tiger I am sure it will be great  ;8

@modern algebra: I've never heard of Naruto. And I think I'm done with Eye Of The Tiger. xD

I do, I'm an okay mapper. Thats pretty good mapping, I especially like the world map.

Thank you. I try and spend time on the maps I make. I'll upload a screenshot sometimes today. Alls I've made so far is some parts of a village, and you don't really wanna see that.

Bad news. :'(
My project file disappeared. I really liked where this game was going too, I hate to say it but, this is canceled.

I've decided to restart this project, although I will most likely fail.
