Title: experience odd enemy behavior

[RPG Maker XP]
Halfway through one of my boss battles, the boss will stop attacking my party. And when it does attack, two or three turns will go by between attacks. Can you think of any reason this may be happening?

Here's the enemy in question:

Do you have the default battle system. I can't think of any reason why it would if you do. Maybe someone else will be able to help.
