Why does this always pop-up when I'm trying to test-play my pokémon game? I've noticed that this happen (at least) everytime I'm having one or more event(s) with graphics! Why? How can I fix this?

Get more ram ?
Get a anti lag script ?
get an other script
get an other pc ?
Restart pc ?
