Erm, i didn't know i had to write a welcome post and when straight away posting questions. Anyway, I am very new to this forum and very new to creating games. So far, i only use rpg 2000 and gamemaker, that is until Arwym told me to try 2003. I must say, RPG 2003 is pretty similar to rpg 2000 except all those additional features. Thanks to all who helped me with my previous question.

I am not someone who posts humongous welcome posts. To start off with things, you'd be wise to read the rules.
Also a thing to be aware of. It had dimmed down lately, but you'd be best prepared for everything. Don't be offended if a number of people flame you, it basically means nothing. Why they're allowed to is beyond my understanding.
Don't be offended by fumanchuu and others not being afraid to hide their sexuality, they just like a place to say it seemingly. Use the search button to find answers to questions that you might have. Who knows, it Might have been asked already. That helps avoid people from flaming you or dumbing you down.
Follow the rules..and don't join the flaming crew. If people say something, that relates to an incident that might HAVE happened in the past on this forum, you might be like "what are they talking about." Suggest you get briefed about "Important stuff" so as you don't repeat something people hate.
Now, a recent issue that has come up is that if you happen to get into a fight with another member, try to not let it get too out of hand.
It is awesome that you are willing to learn to use RPG makers. When you ask questions, try to use the search button, you'd be surprised at how many people ask it. Read the fine RXMP Faq, and if your question is still missing, ask about it. There are rules in more sections, so it'd be wise to read through.

I can tell you some other stuff though. Your choice of Rm2k3 was wise and awesome. Since that's your method of choice, I guess the RMXP faq would be useless. You'd be wise to read the various Rm2k3 tutorials, which can be found in the tutorials section, under a tutorial index made by Nouman/Gag_Masta_Flex.
If you have problems with your makers, anything of technical or (you may think) use the troubleshooting, eventing errors can go in the tutorials section. If you wish to take part in movie, music, etc, the Entertainement.
Spam has recently been overun, and anything, I repeat anything can or will happen, enter at risk. The Debates section is for debates, and if you aren't fond of being shown opinions of others, you should avoid that.
