What is the best game ever made from all of 95, 2000, 2k3, and XP?

I really have no idea, but the best game I've seen is either Memento Vivere by ShoSho or, of course, Chaos Project.
Chaos Project is awesome.
It could possibly be the best.

That second one looks amazing, I've never seen any RMXP game so good before.
I've played it, its as good as it seems from the previews.
