Oi. Is there a difference between the 2003 and XP script? For example, If there is some interesting code in 2003 and I would like to use it in XP, is it possible to just copy the text and paste it into XP or there are things that should be modified, or the script would not work at all?
As far as I know, there was no scripting in RM2k3, but as far as eventing goes, the two versions are almost completely different softwares, so it's not going to work. Your best bet would be to just rebuild the event.

Really? No scripting? How the hell did this guy made his own tactics and other features?
FF Endless Nova (http://www.velv.net/FFEN.html)
Workarounds using events. Believe it or not, it's possible, and it's been done before. With the scripting capabilities RMXP has, it's a waste of time trying to build a system of that level through events.
Try searching for Aurora Wing, another SRPG on RM2k. And Deus Cards, a card game/battle system hybrid.

Alright, thanks.
I personally think it's a waste of time. Scripting with RGSS would be a lot more efficient, and I have a feeling if a battle system like a TBS were made using events, it would lag way too much on RMXP.
