Title: [REQUEST] Can someone finish this sprite?

I made a sprite last night but the hair was horrible. (Looked like plastic wrap -_-)

Could somebody do the hair for me? He's a leader basically, so both white hair and brown hair (with hints of red) will work.

His hair isn't clean, it's the cliche spikey hair.
