Title: BGM Music - How to Stop?
Post by: KorruptIkonz on February 19, 2007, 10:27:56 PM
I have the BGM playing in a event.. I want it so that when I click on another event the music stops and plays the movie.. But for some reason when I use BGM [OFF] in the movie event it still plays.. I even tried using fade music out 1s.. The reason I don't have the BGM music playing in the same event as the movie is that it is a push key event.. So the music won't start playing unless the event is started with a keypress. I want the music playing when the game starts not when a event is started.. Any help would be appreciated..

Thank You
Korrupt_Ikonz

P.S. I am using RM2K3 version 1.09a

I was just messing around and I found the map properties..duh...lol. So I made the Map Properties BGM [ON].. So when the event is pressed I set the BGM[OFF]. I having been messing with this problem for a few days.. Then I find this.. Everytime I post on the forum I figured out the problem  ???

Pretty much so.

There's also a thingy I know to use when I'm doing some crazy switching event.

Make a wav file thats nothing but a second of silence. Then, whenever you have to switch songs or stop a song, make the silence sound play then activate another track. Sometimes, something like this, you need. ;)
