Title: Character won't move... Using RPG MAKER 2003

When I play test my game on RPG MAKER 2003 I can't move my character in any direction.. I have a starting point.. Am I  missing any options to start character movement?

Never Mind figured it out.. Had to do with a weather event preventing me from moving.. Odd!!!

What type of terrian do you start on, or what terrian is around you?

Auto start makes you unable to move. Use Parallel Process.
