Yaaay! This will help those people get their requests done a little more properly. Maybe make it a rule to bump every other day?
I think bummping can be done evey 24 hours, but eh if they really need it they can bump every second if they feel...just if I was a person making these I don't think I'd make one for that person. =D
I don't think even if they really needed it, they should bump every second. That could be construed as just raising their post count. Also, if they bump once every 24 hours, then the topic should still be near the top of the list. But, people can do what your last sentence says, too :P
