Anyone know where I could download one? I googled it but I couldn't find anything but a Japanese-enabled hotline -.- If anyone knows where I could fined one that would be great. I need the Japanese-enabled browser because some sites won't let you farther without one.

Uh, google for Japanese Language Browser support I guess. I havent bothered myself, but I don't think it'd be that hard.
Oh I found out how to do this with IE and Firefox. For IE just go to languages and add Japanese. For firefox go to advance and do the same thing. See I wanted to make my account for Tales of the World Radiant Mythology befor I bought it but thats when I ran into the error. So now it's fix :P
