Basically this is an award system, and you get awards for certain categorys.
Best Mapper
Best Imagination
Best Artist
Best Game
Those are the categorys you can use.
The idea is that members of the Crankeye community nominate other memebrs. Then once I decide I shall count up everyones nominations, the people with the most will go through to the vote, them members must vote for there favourite person! The person with the least nominations for there category will not go through to the vote. IN the event of a tie both who tied (If they have lowest) will not go through to the vote.
Rules:-
1: NO Spamming - This means insulting someones nomination, or just a post that has nothing to do with this thread.
2: You cant nominate yourself - Doing this is stupid and makes you look dumb!

This is what I think...You might mean....
Best Mapper - Best at making Backrounds and layout of Layers, buildings and navigation
Best Imagination - The Best game idea, the most original Charicter graphics and the most MODS in a game... Most complex Scripting and switches
Best Artist - Creator of Fresh and new Resources... SIG, Ava and the alike...
Best Game - The Game that keeps a challange from start to end and keeps you want to find out what happens next... !!!
If any of the above are wrong please elaborate... But if they are not, I will start thinking about my Nominations
Why not let people show their entry's here for the Award... I mean I don't know what some of you guys can do... some one may have Made some amazing stuff and just not posted it... I would say here and now would be the best place to advertise your Taents in a talent contest... BUT...

1. "best game" , seeing as there are no games (lol) only demos, and seeing as game is everything should be removed.
2. i think it should look like:
best mapper
best story (it's instead of imagination, picking someone that is the best as story telling)
best artist (which includes all the resources)
best eventer (no i don't mean doors i mean stuff like mini games, complicated stuff that make the game not only look good but fun and interesting)
best scripter (same as eventer but with changing the game databse, of course judged by originality of the script and quality of the script, i should also say that 1 line scripters should really not be in..*cough* hi rikku *cough* )
hmm i think i got all of them, not sure...
also, what are you going to judge it by? i suggested that anyone who wants in will show a work of his/hers that fits the category.
(land already suggested it, i back it up)

Unless you want the 'show your work' implement I think it would be a good idea.
Anyway would you please tell if the catagories are still the same, or have you added/removed some? I'm a bit confused by this.

well dwarra's first map is er..
omg of course you have to fog a swamp -.-
and it wasn't very well done, he did it just for the site and as you can see in the bottom right.. lol
and the map is slightly overdetailed, i wouldn't put him for mapper using that map.. it gives him a bad name
now after that there is the battle menu.. it's called script+window skin, obviously you never saw it but for me it seems normal, not done by him so no point of putting dwarra for that..
same goes with the 3rd..
the 4th is the ultimate tileset done by some bored guy, dwarra setted the passability in it but he didn't make it...
and amazingly you didn't show even one quality map he did and he did alot
i nominate dwarra for his maps, if you wanna see, go ahead and look around, he isn't the best around but he is the best in the noobish forums of crank

yeah shadow but you lacked the ability to show any of dwarra's work, instead you nominated him to scripts so on so on, about stuff he didn't do, and maps for junk work he did in 5 minutes
i mean come on...

also keep in mind i want to see the original image too, you made none of those from air i am 99% sure (well mainly seeing as i saw some of those stuff in diffrent colors)

I don't find you worth a responce really... But just encase other people are wondering how I made them...
All the Graphics I have made have took me approx 2 hours each... Sasuke took a little longer... (Heres what your asking for BlueXx... and your right I didn't make them from scratch or Air... If I did make my own custom graphics they would look out of place when mixed with the others... I am trying to keep them as uniform as possiable...)
BlueXx... What have you done ?... Just so I know, Cuz if your super Talanted I don't want start dissing you too much... (See small dis at the bottom of the post...)...
As for dwarra I am entitled to my opinion, I think for some-body with 4 months EXP with the editor he is doing well... and as I have only used it for 2 months I have not seen Scripting tech's before and on my Version the Fog or any of the weather effects don't work, they crash the game... And if he used some one else's scripts etc so WHAT... we all use the editor and some of the original stuff does that make us all sub standard... No... Any way your not the JUDGE... Mr Pie is... So do us a favour if you have nothing nice to say don't say nothing...

The Crab, was a Complete Rebuild Pretty much, its a Cross between the Squirrel graphic and the Scorpion... then shurnk + bit of a Tidy up etc...
(You can kinda See how I made this one... from the above examples...)
