What does this mean? It's starting to tick me off. I can't open my project to test play it because of this.

Explain a few things, what are you trying to do?

Are you using scripts or events

Ah, nevermind. It got fixed. I'm using 2003.

This could happen because you've got a charset misplaced in your folders or something.  :-\ But its resolved.
