I'm not dead. My computer died a while back, and its taking me some time to get all of my programs up and running again. Luckilly, I saved my .sf2 files and my .vst effects on to discs, so while i'll have to start writing all over again, it wont be "too" painful. It actually gives me an opportunity to start anew. I'm trying to stay positive.

Yeah, the last time I had a crash I lost loads of stuff ;9. Didn't have internet at the time either, which made it especially gay. I'll help you out if there's anything I have (programs, music etc) that you want ;8

My computer died a couple of months ago, too. Luckily, the hard drie was still salvagable, so I didn't lose anything (except $800).
