Title: Editing battler jpgs
Post by: Django_red on December 31, 2006, 08:02:04 AM
I need to know how to make the backgrounds of the images im using for battlers transparent, instead of being a character with a big white box around them. Im using the latest photoshop, and when i save the images as jpgs i make sure that ive deleted the backgrounds and only see the "transparent background grid" that photoshop uses to symbalize transparenct, and yet when i import them into RPGmaker XP, i still get white boxes. HELP! Theres got to be something simple im missing here...
thanks!

instead of saving as jpg save them as png... that is how you get rid of the white bg in RPG maker

Also NEVER use photoshoop for png file, photoshop has a chance to blur them which will only giv you more tedious work to do because you'll have to finish the blurs.
