Those are obviously not for rpg maker, so, what kind of game maker are them for?
Professional software for non-amateur game makers?

Yeah I don't really know where to move this lol. It's not his original art so it shouldn't really be here, it's not a video game, but rather resources for one, so I wouldn't move it there... I suppose I'll move it to other programs.

are these for game maker perhaps?

like the 3d unlocked version?
