Okay, so here's the deal.  I'm writing a novel, and perhaps the most important character in it is a guy named Fang.  He's not human, but something called a vaari, which is almost human but can turn into an animal and a few other things.  So, Fang always has dog ears instead of human ears, he has unnaturally bright green eyes, and he prefers to be barefoot.  I used various bits and pieces of charsets that come standard with XP, modified some of them, and made a Fang charset using Adobe Photoshop Elements.  The up and down frames worked perfectly, but the right and left ones didn't.

You can see the problems with the right and left frames.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help!

The feet and legs don't line up right, and on the right frames, the ears are higher (which I thought I fixed already).
