Whose games or demos have simply been eye candy for you? Who has made the best screens, or designed incredible chipsets, charsets or skins?

Kan Gao (Reives) for his amazing works: http://freebirdgames.com

He always manages to create the perfect atmosphere, and this he achieves in great part thanks to the way he uses graphics and other visual elements in his game's maps and events.
Mind you, he does create many custom graphics for his games, and does a lot of sprite and tileset editing himself.
