Title: Boxes around characters

I'm sure it's an easy fix but I've messed with it for a few hours now with no luck. >.<

I downloaded a few Character Sets and when I import them and make a event or even choose one as the lead characterrrr...all is fine. No box around the character. But as soon as I use another character from a different Character Set (Made by the SAME person) they have a box around them. I've tried taking the other character sets into paint to change their BG colors (the color behind the character) and importing them again but no luck.
 If pics are needed for this to make more sense let me know.

Sorry if this is a stupid question...Just can't figure it out. >.<

When you import them, left-click on the background colour (the colour you don't want to see)
