This is a Kirby based RPG.

~Plot~

IIn Popstar, many, many, beings have threatened it. Now, Popstar is at peace... and it has been maintained for a hundred years. Until... another evil, Metamorphica, arose, and began possessing Dees to become his minions. Many villagers were frightened, and trade routes were abandoned. Now there was no way to communicate with the other villagers.

All hope seemed to be lost... until Five Heroes arose and were chosen for their courage, pure hearts, and fierceness to stop the evil from spreading the dark empire. Of course, some of the five didn't know that they were heroes, and the villagers didn't know this either. Later, one of the Five knew this and quickly set out to tell the other Five...

Doo, a friend of Warrior Dee's, is troubled because he saw peculiar Dees outside his house. He asks Dee if he could battle the Dees and drive them out.

"Dee, could you help me drive out some of those strange dees?"

"Well, Doo. I can only try."

And high above Popstar, the spirits whispered, "The Five Have Come At Last..."

I played it, and it is so awesome!!!

But Im guessing that I must download the text patch for rpg maker 2003, in order for the text to look nicer in game?

Version 0.4 has been released.
Alrighty, in this version there are a few fixes:

-Fixed the graphical error in Chapter 1
-Fixed the Poppy Bro Sidequest

Save files from v0.3 should be compatible in this version.
There isn't much that changed in this version, though.

So, I sat and played it for 20 mins. I usually make this the most I play a new game to allow me to see if it draws me in enough to keep playing past the limit. If it doesn't, then something's wrong, though I don't mind if the game takes a while to get going.

The thing that sorta annoyed me was first how there weren't any "Revive" items in the shop at all, nor could dead party members be revived through the save point. It would be nice to get healing at save points, too, because the maps are very large inbetween, including many random battles.

On the subject of random battles, I didn't like the mixture of large maps and lots of random battles. In fact, the maze was what annoyed me the most since it was both big and had you running into fights every two to seven steps. It would have been better if this rate was reduced.

And there are other issues, such as mapping quality (not graphics) and why you had a mountain battle background for sewer battles.

The graphics are cute and I like em :}

But....is that the thing in the Kirby games? I can't tell lol

Either way, nice job with it and I assume you were trying to make it look older than SNES?

I've tried all. 1 & 3 don't even load. The second gives me a server error.
Maybe it's my computer. Sometimes I can't even get into LJ, I get the same error. It might go away in a while...I probably have a time wait thing on my PC.
