Title: [VX/VXA] simple Chimney Smoke animation

Dunno if somebody's added this or not, but it's just a very simple and low grade smoke animation... Just set as an event 1 tile above a chimney or whatever and set it to either stepping or walking (it really doesn't matter which, just a preference thing I guess). Go ahead and upgrade the quality if you can/want, it'd be cool if you could upload a better one here for everyone else if it gets done.

Not bad, but there is a smoke graphic included in rpg maker vx and you MUST set it to STEPPING animation for the moving smoke affect. Still good work.
