In every man’s life, there must come a time when he takes authority; whether it is over the fruit born by his seed or the products of his labor. In the case of some, it becomes an internet website, or, on a smaller scale, a few message boards on an RPG Maker forum. As the website continues to expand and the veteran population grows, a call for more experienced members becomes necessary. “Netizens” (a portmanteau of internet and citizen), as they are sometimes called, are much like the citizens of the real world—they need protection from the evildoers of the internet (known simply as “Trolls”). The moderators and administrators of the forum are the only protection from this plain and simple evil. To many netizens, the troll is an intelligent and quite obviously harmful ne’er-do-well. These trolls attack like parasites, clinging on to the thin fabrics of the time and space we call the internet. They suck the lifeblood of the forum—the netizens—clean, causing some to become so distressed, they throw fits of anger and leave. Once this occurs, it is obvious the troll has succeeded in his mission assigned from their motherland they call 4chan. As time dragged on, administrators of these forums slowly lost touch with the community itself, only revealing themselves to announce various additions to the forum. Thus was born the moderator, a member of the forums, who was also a netizen at one time. Moderators, however, were much more intelligent and wise than the regular netizens, and due to their advanced intelligence and wisdom, rivaling that of the creator himself, they were given power over the populace. The wander the boards, keeping an ever-vigilant eye on the state of the forum, keeping out the riff-raff of the internet—the garbage of the world, the rejects known as trolls.

Introduction - 3 - catchy but could have gotten to the purpose of the essay a little sooner.
Organization -4 though if this had been a real essay well....

As an administrator yourself, section 8.9 D of the RMRK council rules gives you the right to oppose Irock's moderator position and require that he submit a peer-reviewed appeal justifying reasons why he should remain one, else face termination.
