I saw TDS's splash screen script and it reminded me to get to work on mine for my game.  I started out not really knowing what I was doing since I am a complete RGSS noob but picked up some momentum as it was moving along.  I felt pretty accomplished by it so I thought that in spirit of my first COMPLETED script in which I started with a blank script page and built it from scratch, I would share it.

Lethrface's Splash Screens

- Unlimited splash screens

#   Description: Shows an image or a movie before jumping to the title screen.
#==============================================================================
#   Import your splash images to the Title2 folder and your movies
#   as you normally would in the Movies folder. After that, modify the
#   values in the configuration module below by reading the comments
#   and following instructions.  The instructions are self explanatory
#   so you should have no problems.
#
#   This script should be compatible with any script unless it modifies
#   SceneManager's self.first_scene_class function.  If it does, I can not
#   insure it's functionality.
#
#   If you are unsure what format your movie is supposed to be in,
#   please read the help file included with RPG Maker VX Ace.
#
#   I will not provide support to those who do not wish to follow directions.

lol, yep, I posted a simple "scene before title" tutorial for opening logos or cutscenes before the title screen. Then TDS did his by coincidence and now a triple whopper here. At least people now have choices and no complaints that they can't figure out how to do it.

lol Ooooh okay lol.  Man I wish I would have seen that tutorial cuz it would have saved me the trouble of figuring it out on my own lmao...but I guess maybe I learn more when I figure it out on my own?   lol.  But yes, I agree.  Choices are a good thing to have most certainly.

Great thing. One request though. Could you add possibility to play animation from Database (normal RM animation) over picture/movie and play sounds along with pictures? So we can achieve more advanced things, like in Jet's splashscreen script, which unfortunately doesn't allow for movies.
