Title: Help with the SPOILER tag?

How do I give the spoilers names? Like, for Characters, Screenshots, etc.

I have looked all around the site, but can't find a damn answer.

With [spoiler=][/spoiler] tags. Like so, if you were to quote my post:

Spoiler for This is a spoiler!:

This really is a spoiler!
