Description

So I was playing 'Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker' earlier and heard the day and night time boat themes which gave me an idea.
This script will allow you to stop the vehicle BGM from playing based on an event switch, but will also allow you to change the BGM that is played depending on the time of day.

Doesn't the night theme only play when the Greatfish curse freezes time? And what day/night system is it supposed to work with?

I mentioned it in the script 8) but I'll say it here as well.
It's designed to work with a time-system that uses a 24-hour clock.

Now I haven't check any of the time systems for VXA, so I'm just assuming they follow a 24-hour clock, I'll probably write my own time system soon anyway if this is not the case.
