Title: Zero To Hero
Post by: Roph on December 01, 2012, 06:09:23 PM
Some members just never seem to get it, and you wish they'd go away. Some of these people, however, work at bettering themselves, and eventually become people you like to have around.

Which member made the most notable progression from an eyesore to an esteemed member of the group?

There's no one I wish went away, except Irock, but that's a given :V and he even did at one point this year ;9

I'm nominating Amycha, when she joined one of the first things she did was to post her game topic, post a recruitment topic, and a script request. My initial thought was that she was gonna be like most new members (get what they want and then leave), but no, she stuck around and became someone whose opinion I highly regard and look forward to chatting to, definitely on my list of favourite three members :D

I'm also nominating Jomarcenter, he first came around with absolutely terrible grammar that it became natural to see his threads/posts cluttered up with grammar correction; since he's been posting here and there recently I have definitely noticed an improvement so he must have been working at bettering himself somewhat.

I have to give him that much, though he's still far from a hero. I also have to give Skaraflame a little credit for growing up some too.

Whoa, I never wanted Pacman to go away. I just think that he became something more than I thought he would here. Thus, zero to hero.

Pacman

I wished for him to die at one point so I believe my nomination fits the criteria, unlike Holk's.
