They ( minorities, even women ) claim to want equality, but that they do not have. Instead of our governments equalling the plains, they just flipped the positions.

What has happened in the past has happened and retribution is just admitting that something wrong was done. When someone makes a "Wrong" discission out of naivety it doesn't put the person at fault, it just makes them stupid.

If we truly want to live in peace, outside of Communism ( which I am in support of, later on ), the only way to make a difference is with REAL equality, NOT giving Minorities and Women more rights then others.

I was working the other day and there was a domestic out the front, two Samoans, they're just yelling and the girl starts beating the SHIT out of this poor guy, I mean punching, hitting him with her handbag, so he pushes her away, not hardly either. This is basically a great way to sum up the attitude of all the girls in my high school.

The reason many jobs in the UK are being taken by people is we are joining the EU, and they can now come and go as they wish with their work Visa's... The people coming in are European, many don't respect our ways as they don't know them, its going to take some adjusting on both sides for things to start working.  I hate it when I walk into town and I don't hear a single English convosation, I hate being in quee's in the shopping centre and the person infront of me has Coupons for all their food and they don't know a word of English, and I know I am paying out of my Taxes for them to be doing so.  But at the same time its not them I hate its our Govenment for letting it happen.

Its like council tax is set to rise and now we are to billed for the amount of waste we dispose of.  And most of the reason behind this is most live in rented accomdation and don't pay council tax and up and move every 3 to 6 months, by the time we catch up with them they are gone... same with cars, they plate them under a european plate ID to stip being charged parking / speeding and other fines related to the cars.

Crime has risen as its common place in their home country, like Car jacking, Credit and Debit card fraud, people trafficing and Child prostitution, its riff in their home country and we are not equiped to deal with it here in England its hitting us hard.

At the same time I hate the Goverment not the people, if thats the way they live then who are we to say its wrong, send them back to what they know.  We need stricter laws, should some one be found to be breaking the law or have a crimanl record before comming to the UK they should be sent streight back home.

I like living in a diverse culture, but some people know how to dodge our systems and those people are making England a very bad place to be, they are slowly killing what makes England... well England.

I agree that for some time women and men will NOT be equal, but that's some sad POV to think that it will never change. Sure it may take a few hundred years but we will ALL be equal at some point in our cultural evolution.

There is a fair amount of work in the UK, but small Jobs that students would normally have like bar work, Table waiting, Cleaning, shelf stacking and factory work is all being sucked up...

Me myself I have had a few Jobs, While at school I worked packing Porno mags, After I left school, while at College I worked for Anglian Windows selling Glass, After College I got a job in Sign making, using a CAD CAM Machine (I Studied BTEC in Information Tech) Brilliant Job only cuz of lack of work I had to get another job, so I started work as a Graphics designer for a Promotional company on Apple Mac's (Back then I had a Power Mac)... I got borred of Promtional work so went to work as a Tattooist and body piercer, that was great until I got Death threats and other tattooists wanting to smash my hands... So I choose to lay low for a bit and worked as a Prep Centre Admin Clerk for The Carshop... I HATED IT... So I left after a few years and now I work in Information Tech for a debt recovery company, my main area is ANPR (Auto Number plate Recognition)... I look after the Collectors and the mobile side of the business and support the call centre's computers, it's a very good Job, I sit my Micro Soft Cert next year (Starting after I finish my Citrix course).

But if I was a School leaver now I doubt I would have had such an easy start... Seriously the wage now offered for most youngsters Sucks... I wouldn't really want to work for the little they get.

Well, I personally can't comment on the British situation, but there are similar complaints in America. It's rather unfounded, job competition isn't that bad here. We can handle more immigrants working low-wage jobs, it's not going to starve any Americans.

Much can be learnt from people from different parts of the world, they have different views, I like England having a mixed community, but I don't like feeling alienated in my home country.  The walk into town I have to walk down the Kettering Road its about a mile and a half.  I don't hear ONE English convosation, all the houses are terrist houses and rented... There are some very narrow views arrising in this Debate.

My opinion, on the wway the debate was going
(The Hindu Faith is one of the oldest Faiths, many other forms of religion have branched off of Hindu, Many faiths Slurred in this thread need to give respect to faiths as strong as Hindu)

I respect most Religions and Faiths... Mainly the ones that aren't forced on people, I mean when was the last time a Hindu knocked on your door and handed you a Mini Blue God statue and gave you a mouth full of there religion...?

Religion should be a choice not a lecture.

My View is:-

We are all Human... Here's a Senario for you... If an Alien Race attacked the Earth we would all help each other, race and creed would not apply... it would be some thing like the film Inderpendance Day.

I wish we could all try and better the Human race, rather than looking at money and how things would effect companies if we could consentrate on whats better for the people instead of whats better for industries.

Race and Faith is just a skin colour and the ideals of people, why should it matter... and on the same note why are these same factors awarding people of the minority and getting them jobs other those in the Majority... Every one is supposed to be Born Equal... that statement is now becoming further from the truth.  I think awarding people with more rights as they are in the manority is just as much a racial slurr as punishing them, its showing a divide between the Majority and minority.

Same with Sexual orintaion or even age... EVERY ONE IS HUMAN, we should be employeed or given housing based on that simple fact.  We should be given house based on need of housing, those with a family, disability, vunerability or no housing put 1st.  Jobs given to those most skilled that apply should be given the jobs.

I hate Double standards and appointments of standing given to those of a minority.

And so should those benefitting from it... is just as much an insult as being labaled in a racial way.

Well said LOS. And hey, at some stage in our evolution, we will all have the same skin colour any way... Either that or we will all be dead.
