I'm looking for a good mountside music track for a wind-blown feel to the maps I'm doing. I'll be doing screenshots over on one of my thread to explain why I need something like this.
Nothing to get rid of, but I loved the part starting about 0:45. It sounded scary.Okay, cool. How about this, then?
I think they both sound great amkrogh! Your school and social lives may suffer, but you've improved my day :)
Despite the benefit accruing to me however, please don't let this stuff affect your school and social lives.
I'd ask for more music, but I don't want to be rude...
-Water Spirit Boss Battle (sense of flowing water)
Alright, now for battle music request galore...
-Just a general battle music
-Robber Boss Battle (location in a city)
. . .
Any chance I could get you to make a Normal Battle Theme with a Rock theme going for it but with violins as well?
I'll be sure to give a better description and reference next time if my requesting is not an issue :)No problem. :)
The only problem with noteflight is that you can only have 10 scores without a paid membership. And BTW, Insida is my main battle theme now.Yeah, paid memberships to anything sucks right now. I am going to be so happy when I have a fixed income. 8)
And to interject, my music is for everyone, even if it's written upon request by another user. While that may be the case, I just won't feel right using a track that wasn't up originally or that I requested myself. I apologize if this is necroposting, but I have been busy with the game I'm working on and since I've also got school, things get a bit swamped on my end, so no time to actually TALK.
If I may, Would I request something like a happy tune, sort of castle-oriented, everyone's going along, doing their business, little kids playing on the street, creating this mood of up-beat peace [if that even makes sense]. Lemme know if you have the time to do this or not, because I can pretty much empathize with the whole schedule thing by now.
I want to show you one of the best pieces of music that I've ever seen on noteflight. This was made without a paid membership, and I use it for a death scene in my game.(No, I did not make this myself)The song you shared reminds me SO much of playing my old PS1 RPGs. Nice find.
And you are one of the nicest to me on these forums. Thanks for being nice to me, too.

As always, you never cease to amaze, Aaron. If I may, Would I request something like a happy tune, sort of castle-oriented, everyone's going along, doing their business, little kids playing on the street, creating this mood of up-beat peace [if that even makes sense]. I went ahead and did this much for your castle theme. It doesn't have drums. I can't seem to make it sound good with them as of now. It's a loop in .ogg format.

I would like to request for you to create some BGM for traveling around on a cliff.299 - Treacherous Slopes (http://soundcloud.com/aaron-anderson-11/299-treacherous-slopes-loop)
I'll leave that to you to decide how it should sound.
Love the music. Could I make a request from one of the masters?

Rev,
I just got a notification from soundcloud.com that "Touch the Sky" is my first track to approach the 100-downloads limit (for free users like me). :D
I'll eventually subscribe so people can keep downloading.
And, good news, folks. If you have any requests, you can ask again starting this Saturday. That being said, I'm still busy as heck. I'd be happy to help you with one track, maybe two. I'll let you know if I can't accept a commission. Thanks, guys.
My music will always be free unless I state otherwise. Some of my tracks are reaching the free download limit on soundcloud, so I'm thinking about getting a Premiun account soon. Send me a message if a link expires, and I'll send a song to you.i mean if you going to make a new one?
Thanks,
Aaron
i mean if you going to make a new one?
All new ones will be free if they're posted on soundcloud. I don't post songs if I've been asked to keep it from the public, which is rare. I want people to use these free of charge, so I don't want to limit any of my future free songs. Having said that, I won't be taking many commissions for a while. I'm getting used to a new work schedule, finishing school stuff and lots of other life changes are going on. Sorry for venting!
Yeah, all of my soundcloud songs are free and always will be as long as they're on the site. :)
You hate SOPA?well youtube had a high definition feature and you don't need premium account to upload videos...
Wow, that's a new one!
And really, are you really really really suggesting youtube as an alternitave for soundcloud?
if your soundcloud limit had been reached, upload the music to youtube and upload ready to use music file to whatever place you like.(like an upload site)
and also i really need some song to use in the game soundtrack (which is free to use by anyone so they can know how I hated sopa, pipa , acta, CISPA)
And really, are you really really really suggesting youtube as an alternitave for soundcloud?
well sound cloud premium feature if you choose its pro plus for a year you save at least 208 euro. (i calculated the monthly payment for 12 month) unless if someone donated 1000 euro to you well you have 2 year of pro plus account. but the lite is also ok...if your soundcloud limit had been reached, upload the music to youtube and upload ready to use music file to whatever place you like.(like an upload site)

I appreciate the suggestion, but within two weeks I will have a premium account with a 1,000 download limit. That should last for quite a while. If all else fails, I'll just re-upload the songs with zero download-counts. :)
If anyone can use it, there is no point in making it the official soundtrack Ooat least i'm being specific here...
What i mean is, if you want your own music for your game, don't let anyone else use it. That has nothing to do with being nice or not, it's just to make a Game unique.
And your song descriptions are a little... Well, can you even call that descritptions?
jomarcenter, thank in advance, and you really help me out.
I'll be happy to work on some music for you. I urge you to check out my soundcloud page to see if you like any of the nine battle songs I've already written. Also, see if any of the more "dramatic" songs like "This is Not a Drill," "Treacherous Slopes," "Pre-Boss-Battle Tension" are what you're looking for. I take requests, but I have to limit myself, too. I will be happy to help if you can't find what you need.

and also i'm opposing the current CISPA bill... and showing my hate to sopa, pipa, acta and cispa.
so show i'm really opposing those bill i'm doing a very good thing too by letting anyone using the official soundtrack...
I would like to know a little more about the scenes I'm supposed to be writing music for. Also, especially concerning the battle theme, have you checked my site for music that you might use? It would speed up the process if you could give me a little more detail. For instance, someone asked me for a song to go with a scene where characters were escaping a volcanic mine.
I have plenty of battle themes that might fit your "time travel boss" and lots of dramatic songs. Listen to some of these and compare them with what you're looking for.

I'm sorry, but I don't know when I'll have the music ready. Whatever information you can give me about these tracks will be extremely helpful. Otherwise, I may come up with something entirely different than what you want. Thanks for your patience.
well then here is some request shorted by type.
. . .
ending
-an very heart loving ending which can touch anyone heart if listen to. (using any instrument if you like)

Jomarcenter,
Here's what I came up with. I'm sorry if it's not what you were looking for. I don't think I'll have time to change anything about it.
301 - Good Memories (http://soundcloud.com/aaron-anderson-11/301-good-memories-scene-mp3)
Alright, I don't mean to rush you, but my game is being released on June 15th. And if you care, it's a commercial game. Now, I really need this music. Please?
It is awesome! But I have to inform you, the ones I told you are only 1/2 the bosses in the game...
I like the desert battle theme! But I really need music for the rest of the bosses. And as I said, my game is released June 15! So, I'm not meaning to rush you, but I can't get music like yours anywhere else, so I need it from you!
EDIT: I was looking at your other music, and I think that Megaboss sounds great for the air sprit battle, and Boss Battle sounds great for the final battle. I'll keep looking to see if there's anything else I can use.
EDIT 2: Blood Mambo sounds good for the fire sprit battle, and "Don't Mess with Me" is PERFECT for the first demon boss battle. If you can still do the remixes, and the desert sprit boss battle, that would be awesome. Just to say, what I need now is:
-Earth Spirit Boss Battle (In a desert)
-A remix of "Don't Mess with Me", but a bit more tense.
-A remix of Bloodlust (Maybe with a faster tempo?)
-Remix of "Boss Battle"(Extremely fast).
That's awesome! But... the game might have a sequel, if you get what I mean by that. And if you can't do it, that's fine. I do know a bit about making music, and you saw my draft on the Robber battle theme, so I could also try out using that program you mentioned, after I get my own laptop with the money from selling my game.
EDIT: And BTW, thanks for helping with the music for my game when I had nowhere else to turn. As you've seen, I can make some OK music, but not NEAR as good as yours. I'll bet that the first comment some people will say when the game comes out in four days is that they love the music. Thank you. I've really got to add you to the "Special Thanks" part of the credits.
That's AWESOME! Thanks for trying even when you're in a time crunch!
Who left the Milk Out is missing its extension for some reason.
Also, I'm looking for a theme that'll suit a feudal-era Japanese town

Here's a World Map theme to add to the loop collection:

Don't worry about necro-ing your own threads when you want to add stuff. Necroposts are only annoying when they don't add anything to the thread. Thanks for the info. I'll keep that in mind. Sadly, it appears that the Audio and Video resource message boards aren't as active as they used to be. Fortunately, this site still has so many other resources to offer.
