States Empowered by Exposure

Summary
I'm looking for a script that allows the effects of a state to increase when inflicted by the same state. Like:
Alice uses ATK DOWN on Bob, Bob loses 5 ATK.
Alice uses ATK DOWN on Bob again, Bob loses an Additional 5 ATK.
I think you can do this for stats already, but I was wondering if it was possible for any state.
Features Desired
- Increase the effect of a state by applying it again.
- Maybe a stack limit, so you can't posion the final boss to deal 10000 slip damage.
- Able to work with the effectiveness of elements.
Games its been in
- Been in a couple games, I think. Can't really think of any offhand.
- It's not like an 'advertised' feature of the game, you know?
