Title: How do you convert your RMXP game into a .exe program?
Post by: alex on October 11, 2007, 10:54:45 PM
I'd like my friends to be able to play my game without having to install rpg maker. How can I convert my game into a program (.exe) so that anyone can play it, without having to install additional software???  :-\

The .exe program doesn't make it so anyone can play it. You have to copy and paste all the RTP you used into the right files, too

He's also confused on what question he's asking. Turning it into an .exe doesn't make it automatically non-RTP people compatible.

Mastermoo is right, and if you want to to make a setup exe file or some thing like that, check Fred's link.
