The detection system seems to work fine except for the freak case of you getting killed by a bat after stoning it. (You know, it touches you in the death animation)
There are some issues with the display system:
- It's as if you move the animation of the stone 1 time less backward than forward when the triggering key is pushed (L-button).
- If you move into a square at the same as a bat moves into it neither the hero or bat will move. I think you could counter this by inserting a wait so you can see the bat move into the hero.
SuggestionsFor the bats, turn phasing on. It would look nice if the bat flew over the hero. You know, when you got game over.
Reduce the killing animation. It's too big.
Spend loads of time tinkling with the waits of the triggers, so you get the actions just right. It really takes a looong time, but when done right it will give your game the extra nudge.
