Title: RTP Sprite Editor?

Anybody here knows where I can find a sprite generator like where you can select different heads/body from the RTP and change their color and hue and will also, automatically make a faceset for the spriteset you created?
I think the language used in that site isn't in english...
Can anybody give me the link?

That's the right thing I needed, the Character generation system chips RPG Maker VX Material...
