I searched everywhere for a completely merged RTP tileset and had great difficulty finding one. I made one, and I thought it'd be a good idea to stick it here for others to use.
Spoiler for:

The unfortunate thing about relying on a really big tileset like this is that usually you have to go in and set all the passabilities, priorities, counter & bush tiles yourself.  And in the end, you're still limited to 7 autotiles.  Plus mapping is painfully slow when you have such a big tileset to search through.

While it's nice and convenient to have any tile there that you need, I wonder if it's more trouble than it's worth.  If I need 3 new tiles on a tileset, it's nothing to jump into GIMP and copy them from one tileset to another.

Not bagging you.  I also thought it'd be a great idea, once ;)
Always remember you're unique.
Just like everybody else.

I bet you could just copy/paste the tileset after you set all the passabilities and then just swap out the autotiles. That solves that problem.
