This is a character I'm designing in my spare time (and by spare time I mean time when the boss isn't looking). The story is basically about a warrior who finds an amulet that she thinks gives her good luck in battle.  She slowly realizes that it is in reality making her more and more bloodthirsty.  With each kill she loses a part of herself to her own madness.  Still very much a work in progress.

VERY nice. I especially like the one on the far right. She looks innocent, in a way. She seems like a good guy for sure, fighting only because she has to rather than because she wants to. It would make sense that she would take a very innocent view of the item, thinking of it as a good luck charm rather than some source of power.

And of course, they all look amazing.

@Sword - I laughed irl.

@Shiriko - Thanks!  It's still in very early ages.

@Arrow - Yes, I'm thinking she starts out innocent, but becomes a little less so the longer she has the charm.

Awesome sketchwork, Garygill. Especially the same one Arrow mentioned.

Something about them remind me of Aribeth from Neverwinter Nights.

Yeah, they're awesome. I think I like the middle one the best.

ty guys.

I'm planning on creating two illustrations, depicting this character before and after her insanity.  I am working out the story in detail right now.  The illustrations won't be coming for a long time though because, of course, I have lots of other things to do first.

@Zylos - I don't really play games, but I hear good things about that particular game.  And I searched up the character you mentioned, that should give me more design ideas.  Thanks. =)
