Making Battlers Shake When Hit + Smooth HP Scrolling

Asking for a friend. I don't use VXA, so yeah sorry if I don't know some things that are new from XP.

How can we change the code so that battlers (more specifically) enemies shake (either random or predetermined, I assume we can change it easily) when hit with an attack? What lines would we need to change?

Next: How can we make the HP bar drain smoothly/slowly instead of being instantaneous?
