I'm having an issue with two scripts.

I've managed to narrow the problem down to what I think is causing it, I just have no idea on how to fix it.

Currently, MOG's ATB have the turn(s) pass(ed) in set time intervals(which isn't bad, and  I could work around this), but with YEA's SKILL RESTRICTION the cooldowns from anything aren't registering with any of the turns that have passed, via attack or time interval. Hopefully, someone wouldn't mind looking into this problem with me.

Might I suggest linking a download of it? Or a link to the source (wherever you downloaded it from yourself... they'll have a way for us to obtain it as well I presume)
