What you're looking for would have to be many scripts. I'm guessing at least 10.

Well, maybe he/she want to make a thing like in Dark Cloud, were you play a normal RPG and can build up some towns, but I can't imagine, that this is possible.

I can agree with that, there are hundrets of possibilities, that can be mean.
Sim City, Azure Dreams, Dark Cloud, Dark Chronicle, White Knight Chronicle and on and on.
I really want to help if I can, but with this bit of information it's pretty hard. When someone is not talented to write it in words, they should post a picture.

3. Go in to detail
If you're asking for a system, post mock ups and whatnot, there are few scripters here, and you have a much better chance of getting your request fuffiled if you can post screenshots and go in to detail. Don't just say "I need a Lufia CMS", some people probably haven't played Lufia, so post screenshots and whatnot. While only a guideline, I recommend that you put it in the Script Request Template (below), as providing all the information listed there will increase the chances your request is picked up.

5. Don't be a leech
Contribute as much as you can to RMRK, with whatever gifts you have. If people know who you are, you have a much better chance of getting your request finished. If you post a bunch of requests without posting anything in return, people are much less likely to take your requests. This is more of a suggestion than a rule.

Pick a descriptive title. Your title is what any prospective scripter will see first, so you should use it as an opportunity for a good first impression. "READ ME" makes you look like a brat and "Script Request" makes you look like an idiot. Your title should first be tagged with the maker ([VXA], [VX], or [XP], though this step is unnecessary if it is in a board exlusively devoted to one maker). Next you should be concise and descriptive. Instead of "System where items turned into other items," you could say "Crafting" or "Alchemy" or "Item Synthesis" or what have you. You should also avoid the word "Simple" - if you are asking for a script, the chances are good you have no idea whether it is simple or not.

About script request itself. RGSS3 is for RPG Maker. That's mean it's used to be a RPG Making tool. Not simulation maker tool. If you insist, you should try Game Maker. It's much better than RPG Maker to do such a thing
