For starters what are you using? For starting graphic you do that in database, if you are using VX the third page will say change actor graphic.

Firstly...
Spoiler for:
This is what you look like!

Secondly...

If you want the NPC character's graphic to change indefinitely then what you do is activate an event when you talk to them which switches their event page and changes their graphic for good.

Example

>Show Text:
>I'm an NPC character
>Control Self-Switch A: ON

In control switch A, you change their graphic to something else you want them to have.

Your question has already been answered (which I find miraculous since neither of your posts is intelligible). Stop being a douchewhistle - you are not entitled to receive help, so be polite and if someone asks you to clarify what you need, try answering it without being crazy.

DoctorTodd answered your question, even if he said it is for VX; it is the same in XP:

For starters what are you using? For starting graphic you do that in database, if you are using VX the third page will say change actor graphic.

I have attached a graphic to this post showing the event command:

Note that it is on the third page of the event commands, at the bottom of the first column. Once selected, you will see a window that allows you to select an actor and a new character and battler graphic. Just select whichever actor is currently the player, then change the character graphic to whatever you want. If you don't want the battler graphic to change then select the one the actor currently has.

Using that event command, the graphic wouldn't change back every time you talk to an NPC. If that's happening there is some other error going on. That change is permanent until manually changed back.
