I was wondering if there was any way at all to lower the FPS (framerate) of RPG Maker 2000/2003 (besides overloading the system and making it lag)?
I know you might be like, "why would you want to lower the FPS?" I'm interested in knowing because lowering the FPS could add effects to the gameplay, like some old RPGs/games had lower framerates and also newer games have different framerates such as some GBA games. It'd just be some further customization/individualization/etc. Thanks!
