This beta is a huge change/improvement from the previous build released on here. The beta contains AI, a new weapons, graphical changes, and so much more.

Lockon:
Instead of resetting the cursor to the player, you can lock onto the closest enemy if they are there! It'll help alot when using Weapons A, D, or E! To use it, press "F."

Reset Cursor:
For those who did miss this from the old version, you can still use it by pressing "R."

Speed up/down:
Use by pressing "Q" (Down) or "E" (Up).

Spawn AI:
If you're too tired of waiting for the AI to spawn, press "Control" to spawn more.

Stop AI spawning:
Press "UP (Arrow)" to stop enemies from spawning for a time if you want to test weapons.

Overcharge:
If you really want to destroy things with Weapons B and G, charge them for a very long time until a second cursor pops up, and your ship will begin to glow in rainbow colors. This greatly increases your attack power.

Weapons Information:
For those of you that want to know, I'll post some simple information on the weapons.

Weapon A:
Code: [Select]
Shoots from the sides of the ship, a simple and basic weapon.

- Firing speeds up by holding down fire
- Contains the pre-Hyper laser, done by holding down fire for a very long time
- When used with lockon, it will prove to be useful when in pre-Hyper mode
- Simple for stopping enemy bullets

Hyper Mode notes:
It will lead into the Hyper laser, and when Hyper Mode is off, it will downgrade into the pre-Hyper laser, being quite short of a wait.

Weapon B:
Code: [Select]
A basic charging weapon .. very slow, but useful if you're patient enough.

- More power by more charging
- Overcharge is an instant kill if it hits
- Collects Hyper Energy if you fill up the charge bar to full

Hyper Mode notes:
Nothing is different besides the charging being boosted by 10 times the usual speed.

Weapon C:
Code: [Select]
A shotgun weapon, inaccurate, but powerful upclose.

- Spreads out to attack enemies
- Powerup up close to enemies

Hyper Mode notes:
Firing limit is broken, keep clicking fire!

Weapon D:
Code: [Select]
A homing missile-type weapon.

- Hits the target and spreads out afterwards
- Can be manuevered in ways

Hyper Mode notes:
Firing limit is broken, hold down onto fire!

Weapon E:
Code: [Select]
A 4-Way lightning blast.

- Rips through enemies
- Can aim at one enemy, but has the potential to hit more

Hyper Mode notes:
Firing limit is broken, hold down onto fire!

Weapon F:
Code: [Select]
A lightning burst in front of the ship.

- Small, but powerful
- 1/9 Chance of overcharged lightning, easily destroying other craft

Hyper Mode notes:
Overcharged lightning is now constant.

Weapon G:
Code: [Select]
An improvement of the original Flash Beam, developed on a previous craft.

- Destroys bullets
- Pierces enemies
- Very powerful on Overcharge

Hyper Mode notes:
Weapon charging is very quick, 10 times faster than usual.

Weapon H:

A simple shield ..

- Destroys simple bullets and craft

Hyper Mode notes:
No ammo used up, bash into enemies!

Weapon I:
Code: [Select]
A slow improved homing missile.

- Slow but powerful
- Seeks nearby enemies

Hyper Mode notes:
Little ammo usage, firing limits removed!







Controls:

WASD = Move
Space = Pause/Unpause
Q/E = Change Speed
F = Lockon
R = Reset Mouse
Control = Spawn Enemies
Up = Slow Enemy Spawn Rate
F4 = Fullscreen/Window

Left Click = Fire
Right Click/Mouse Wheel = Change Weapon

- Bullet masks aren't perfect

I do know that this is a bump, but I would like to consider that I redid the first post with an update.

This new version features more graphical enhancements, better weapons, and finally enemy AI to fight against.
