Well, once upon a time there was this guy named Hiko. Hiko loved to play in places he was not supposed to. His favorite hang out were him and his friends chill is just below the reactor that powers the town. its often cloudy and he never see's the sky. So looking at the stars has become a delicate, you do it as often as you can the best point in town of course is off limits. why cause the reactor sits 20 Yards (60 feet) away, But Hiko would let that stop him he climbed the hill and sat looking at the stars with this his sister. But he paniced when the captain showed up to patrol for people he fled through the sewers and into the reactor activating and deactivating terminals as he went but as he fled up the latter in to the woods he tripped a noter terminal in to deactivating and it cause the core of his hang out to fall and explode. on the reactors first deck. Hiko and his sister fled thinking the adventure was over but it was really just beginning.
