Will be updated often~
CTRL+ALT RE is going to be a commercial project, but before that I’d like to get funding to make It the best that
it can be. Should the funding fail I’ll still proceed but will be using less of my own work.

That aside I’m looking for talented individuals who would like to be a part of the project, unfortunately I cannot
say with any certainty that all involved will be paid, if our funding doesn’t reach our goal I won’t be able to afford
it myself, that means until the demo is launched anyone participating will likely be doing so for free.

If this doesn’t bother you, though, I’d be grateful for any assistance and would be willing to offer my skills in return
if so desired. Now that all of that is out the way lets restart this from a more professional point of view.

I’m currently hiring for the development of CTRL+ALT RE, a game about conspiracies set in a massive sci-fi fantasy
world. The project thread can be found HERE (http://www.rpgmakervx.net/index.php?showtopic=60787&pid=551723&st=0&#entry551723). I’m looking for a variety of people with varied skills including voice acting, spriting, composing, mapping, eventing, scripting and
general art & design. Anyone who contributes towards the project, however small or large, will be compensated once
our funding goal is reached, but before that we need something substantial to display and this simply won’t be achieved
in any short length of time. I don’t have the skills to accomplish many of the things that will need to be done before then,
nor the time to learn them from scratch.

I’ve listed some of the things that take priority, followed by things that will be needed as we progress. If you’re interested
for one or more of the tasks bellow, or to become a permanent participator in CTRL+ALT RE’s creation then please
message me here on the forums.

Scripters
I’m looking for talented scripter/s with the time and capability to completely remodel the menus to mimic my concepts and
ideas, for the most part scripting will be open to plenty of creativity so there’s no pressure to follow my ideas exactly.
Beyond that there are many scripts, minor and major, that will be required as the game progresses. Anyone is welcome to
contribute one or more scripts or stay on to do large portions of scripting where necessary.

To apply simply link me to what you believe is your most impressive script and let me know what you’d prefer to work on.

Composers
The soul of a game is it’s story, so music must be its heart. I’m looking for composers who can come up with their own works
that complement the games atmosphere and utilize unusual sounds in ways that will make the music of CTRL+ALT RE truly unique.

To apply simply send me a sample of your work, it doesn’t need to be complete but an idea of your capabilities.
Voice Actors
While not immediately necessary we will be looking for voice actors for every recruitable member and some NPC’s, the game
itself will not be fully voiced so only several phrases and sentences will be needed for each actor with the chances for more
lines if our funding exceeds expectation.

If you’re interested in voicing a particular character send in a short audio file of you introducing yourself as the character,
eg ‘hello, my name is Sven and I am the leader of the Anti-Luciles’.

Artists
CTRL+ALT RE will need to be completely original, as such I'm looking for wonderful artists able to recreate my place-holder
images and create stunning concept art. At the moment I'm mainly looking for people with a unique style willing to start work
on character profiles, but if you think you have something else to contribute or would like to be consider in the future please
don't hesitate! I'm also looking for absolutely anyone who would like to create some sketches of anything game orientated,
consider it fanart and concept art.

If you’re interested the feel free to link me to a sample of your work.

What are you developing on?
You've got your project located on the VX Standalone website, but not the VXA one. Yet on RMRK you've implied it is a VXA project.

I'm confused...
Anyway, I'm willing to script for you under the pretense that this is actually a VXA project (since I haven't developed for VX in a really long time and doubt I'd be a good choice).

I'm sure you'll find something that stands out to you: http://www.diamondandplatinum3.net/

Oh, yeah, I had intended on posting it on the VXAce forums but wasn't paying proper attention, I'm on both of them and switch between the two so often I just didn't notice until it was already submitted, but since it was up I decided to just leave it, no harm anyway.

So, yes, it is being made on ace and I would absolutely love your help, your work is very impressive!

I can help out without pay. I'm serious.

I could possibly do voice acting for young children or preteens, or I could help with some spriting.

(Looks epic, although it may take a long time to make for what it is...)

I definitely need some younger sounding voices in the future, so your help would be very much appreciated in that matter. In regards to spriting, that would also be a great help but I'd like to see some examples first (Nothing personal, you understand) :3

I am expecting it to take quite a while to make, particularly since I'm trying to dissolve any and all similarities between the default VX Ace systems and appearance. Since it is going to be a commercial project though, and a large one at that, I'm hoping to get it done in roughly a year. Something worth the time and work to the team and the players.

Assuming all goes well, of course.

How're you doing?

It is still a very long way from being finished but I've done an impressive chunk so far, not in comparison to the size of the game though...

Spoiler for:
So far I have two out of the three main plots fully written and I'm working on how to slowly feed it to the player, what scenes come when etc. A medium portion of the base mapping is done, meaning I have roughly 80 maps, not including interiors, that have been mapped out using the default tiles. They'll be completed with an original tileset then taken in for paralaxing.

The database is almost done, again it has no custom graphics but I have almost 400 enemies ready to go, but they aren't all complete yet, and I'm still working on the kinds of loot they will drop. Items are close to being done, too, with 600 almost complete. Armors and weapons haven't been touched yet.

As far as game play goes I've got barely anything done, the maps are mostly all linked but they have no events, though most of that wont be handled until the paralaxing is done. I have set up the full tutorial scene and character creation and I'm now touching on the opening scene, though it's rough.

I have got quite a few scripts already, most of them are placeholders and the others are just quick and simple ones I've thrown together that do what needs to be done. Most if not all will need to be replaced with better versions.

Interface is complete along with everything that goes with it.

Characters are complete along with their personalities, relevance to the game and histories. I also have a large chunk of world lore close to completion.

I'm down for voice acting. My range is bass-baritone to lower tenor, about 3 octaves. I'll post some voice samples in the coming days.

And I see you didn't ask, but I write fairly well.

Um...what wat? Are you picking on me? I mean, that's pretty normal, yeah? After all, Julie Andrews had four... three is good. Right?

i don't think three is a thing normal people have. most people would be lucky to have more than two. do you happen to know what pitches your range covers?

Argh, okay, lemme see...A little below Bass C to the D sixteen steps up from that. On a good day. Reliably I'd say it's more within your expectations; F to the Tenor A.

Sorry for derailing the thread.
