V's Passive Items v0.3

Introduction
The name kinda speaks for itself, I needed it for my game figured a lot of people could use it. It's easy to use. It basically lets you add passive parameters to items and adds them to the lead actor as long as the items are in your inventory. I have more Add-Ons for this script available at my website.
