Title: [VX] Quest Exclamation Bubble

I want to make my game so that it will show an exclamation bubble above a person when they have a quest. I tried programming it, but the bubble never showed. I don't need a one-time fix, just information on how to make this happen. Please and Thank You in advance!

P.S. This is RMVX that I am using.

Alright, that seems like it works, but I can't figure out how to call a script. (And I know this will be obvious.)

Anyways, click that and it will open a box where you can insert the code to call the script. The code to call the script is likely specified in the script's instructions.
