Title: Icon before text it's possible?

Can you please tell me if it is possible to put icons before the title text eg.:

[icon]New game
[icon]Continue
[icon]Quit

Not by default, you would need a script to do that.
However, I can't tell you what script to get because you didn't tell us what engine you're using.
