Now speaking of resources, we'll admit that our Resource database (http://crankeye.com/resources/) has been a little dry on the update side lately. To help with this, there will be a new usergroup coming soon which users may apply or be nominated for, and this group will be able to add to, manage and modify our resource database.

My guess is that this board has something to do with that.

It's for harvesting your tiberium and vespine gas.

@MA: Ohhh... I read that topic/post but I kinda skipped over that part. >_>

@Holk: You do not have enough vespene gas.

Currently on hold due to these problems are a move to SMF 2.0, rewrites of the current mods (http://wiki.rmrk.net/index.php/Credits#Forums) and a port of RMRK4 to SMF 2. Also are new unreleased additions; a revamped tutorial system on the main site, a breath of life to the resource system, and upgrades to the main site itself.

*almighty bump due to laziness of creating a new topic*

Anyone know the game plan for the resources database and this board?

I'm curious too.

Is this done? Or no? It's well past the beginning of 2009.

Ya, I'm also interested.

Also, when this does get off the ground, can we set up the categories so that they overlap where they can? For instance, not just XP Battlers but XP/VX Battlers.

Also, to make it look nicer than just having the words, I think it would be neat for each category that holds multiple maker resources to have the icons of those programs instead of the words. It would look nice, I think. it's fine with the words too.

I think we're waiting for smf 2.0 to have a stable release. - (http://rmrk.net/index.php/topic,31777.msg405665.html#msg405665)

You're right.

SMF 2 is taking its sweet damn time for a final release.
