Title: [XP] faster screen shake

in 2k3 i could make the screen shake any way i wanted but now in RMXP the max screen shake speed is incredibly low what i'm aiming for is a vibration but what its giving me is a slow sliding motion from side to side which really doesn't give the impression of something violent going on
