I've studied riddles for some time now, and I could make you guys spontaneusly combust just by trying to solve my riddles.
Ask Away....
-
Could you post up some riddles for us to do?
-
Arrr...!!!
I'll post 3 first out of 52436 riddles I have.
Please answer in order.
Riddle#1
----------------------------
Weight in my belly,
Trees on my back,
Nails in my ribs,
Feet I do lack.
What am I ?
----------------------------
Riddle#2
------------
What is louder than a stone ?
And faster than a snail ?
Lives longer then a mayfly ?
Is wider than nail ?
What flies farther than a dog ?
Is blunter than a sword ?
Is fierier than water ?
And has a treasure hoard ?
--------------------
Riddle#3
Oft I must strivewith wind and wave,
battle them both when under the sea.
I feel out the bottom, a foreign land.
In lying still I am strong in the strife;
If I fail in that they are stronger than I,
And wrenching me loose, soon put me to rout.
They wish to capture what I must keep.
I can master both if my grip holds out, If the rocks bring succour and lend support, strengh in the struggle.
Ask me my name !
Clues might be necessary, anyone need 'ome clues?

Answer=anchor
;DGood Job Ferenn ;D
Clues---Riddle#1:It's Alive !
Riddle#2: Also Alive, some kind of lizard.
-
I think 1 = snake.
2 = Mosquito or Dragonfly? ???
I gots a riddle for you: What do they called a quarter-pounder with cheese in France?
-
Neither Mosquitos nor dragonflies are lizards
1)dont know, snake kind of fits it
2) The only thing i can think of that can possibly match that is a dragon
I have one for you then. (maybe you have heard this one)
In a world where 1 is 2, 5 is 5, and 8 is 7, What appears when you multiply 331 with 3 without heaven and earth?
-
LOL! I forgot the second one was a lizard.
-
Haha, Matey Crested_Booka, I KNOW almost all riddles and that riddle is from .hack//sign when bear, blackrose and tsukasa were doing a quest. Right? 8)
The answer Is EGG, It must be correct, I bet my master riddler reputation on it ;D
Mastermoo420, your 2nd riddle answer is almost correct in a way.
Dragonfly?
:)
-
a Dragon?
THis riddle has always stumped me... I hate it.
(2+x)(4+x)
Solve for x...
Algebra!
It is a riddle
-
--mastermoo420
I don't know :tpg:
Damn french...
-Angelic_Diablo
Riddle#2 answer's is= a dragon, correct !
Algebra is such a pain.
x equals...... -2 or negative 2.
Ha ! I solved it in less than 60 sec.
Aren't there anyone who can solve the 1st riddle ?
Should I move on?
-
Why do you wear that gay green jumpsuit with all those question marks?
-
Was "snake" wrong? T_T Also, a quarter pounder with cheese in France is called a "royale with cheese." As Vincent Vega says, "They got the metric system over there. They don't know what a quarter pounder is." Watch Pulp Fiction. ;D
-
-holkeye
Cuz I must wear something. Otherwise it'll be nude ::)
-mastermoo420
:o
-
Could you give us the answers and give us more riddles?
-
yeah your right. I made a questionare game last semmister with a friend (he did the programming and i did everything else) and that was the last question on there. (It was also rated the hardest in the whole class ;D )
also, on a side note i said Dragon first but it doesnt really matter.
also, last friday while i was cutting some catfish, i realized fish dont really have feet either... so is it a fish of some sort?
ooo this just hit me too, a worm?
-
worm is my best guess for the first one too
how about this:
A man walks into a bar and asks for a glass of water. The bartender pulls out a shotgun and points it at him. The man says, thank you and leaves. Why?
-
Because he was already drunk XD I don't get the egg thing...
-
331 times 3 is 993 punch it in a calculator and then spin it around and it looks like EGG
-
@Crested - but 1 is 2 therefore 331*3 is 996?
and that doesn't say egg
what's the point of the numbers in the beginning, and without heaven or earth means to flip over the calculator?
I know you didnt' make it, but I still don't get most of the logic to the answer
-
Lol. I agree with the first part of 1 is 2. It should be 332 and 2 is 1. The other numbers are there to confuse you. And I guess "without heaven or earth" means to do something. XD
-

I know you said dragon first I dont take all the wrap for that. just some.
-
Answers=ship,dragon,anchor...
Fish IS a .....FISH ! ;D
On the number riddles(EGG)
It reads 366-EGG, see?
The first line is a bluff.
Riddle#4
What has four heels and flies ?
-
A horsefly. XD Also, can you fully explain the egg one?
-
I would have to say some kind of animal that has 4 legs (heels) and flies (around it)
-
I'm sticking with horsefly. >:( And SOMEONE EXPLAIN EGG! XP I don't get it.... I want more riddles... :(
-
horsefly should work
-
Sorry, sorry, I typed it wrong.....What I meant is wheels not heels.
More Riddles ?
Here you go.
Riddle#5
What does man love more than life,
fear more than death or mortal strife,
What the poor have, the rich require,
And what contented men desire,
What misers spend, and spendthrifts save,
And all men carry to the grave ?
Riddle#6
The part of the bird that is not in the sky,
which can swim in the ocean and always stay dry.
What is it ?

#1 - Think of words ending in -gry.
Angry and Hungry are two of them.
Their are only three words in The English Language.
What are they?
#2 - It may sound tasty but it is impossible to eat.
It is mainly in a class room and is associated with algerbra.
What is it?
-
#1 Augry ? Hagry ? No clue, man !
#2 Katzbalger ? Constance (yum) ?
I also got some for yah.
This is a bit tricky, so pay attention.
-----------
Three man came into a restaurant and ate a few plates of escargot. The waiter gave them a bill of $25.
They each paid $10, so it adds to $30. The waiter took the money and came back with the change of 5 coins of $1 hoping for a tip. Then each man took $1 and gave the rest ($2) to the waiter as a tip.
Total they paid : $10-$1 X 3 + $2 = $29. WTF ? They paid $30 at first !
where did the $1 go ?
-----------
-
@A_D: #1: The English Language
@Levanthan: They never paid $30.00 at any time. They paid $25.00 to the restaurant. Each man put in $9.00, adding to $27.00, and then they gave $2.00 to the waiter, and $25 + $2 = $27, which is how much they put in.
-
@ modern Algerbra: Correct!
